What happens after the 7-day free trial?
Our team contacts you before the trial ends. If you choose to continue, you pay your plan's monthly price. If not, there is nothing to pay.
Where is my data stored?
On CBP Studio's own private, self-managed servers, not on Google's or Apple's. You can reach it from anywhere with the apps.
Is my data backed up?
Yes. Your files and photos are backed up to two separate locations, and every account is protected by its own private login.
Will my photos or files be used to train AI?
No. Your files are yours. They are not used to train AI and are not scanned for advertising.
Can I upgrade or add more storage later?
Yes. Move up a plan any time, or add extra storage to a Plus or Family plan for $3 per TB, per month. Family plans can add extra members for $3 a month each, up to 8 logins.
What is the private video library?
An optional add-on, powered by Jellyfin, that gives you your own private library for your own videos, such as home movies and footage you shot. It streams to your TV, phone and computer. It is $10 a month per person, and it is included in the Family plan.
What can I put in the video library?
Only videos you have the right to keep and watch, such as your own recordings and files you legally own. It is a private library for you alone, and we do not supply any shows or movies. We remove anything that should not be there, and the video library uses your plan's storage.
Can I take my files and photos with me?
Yes. Your files stay in standard formats, and you can export your photos at any time.
