Pick your plan
Use the storage finder or choose a plan, then fill in the short sign-up form.
Receive your logins
Our team sets up your logins for Synology Drive and Immich, and sends a link to each app.
Install the apps and relax
Your files sync and your phone photos back up automatically. Free for the first 7 days.
What do I need to get started?
Your personal logins and a link to each app, which we send once your account is ready. Install the app for each service on your phone or computer and sign in.
My photos are not backing up
Open the Immich app, check that backup is switched on and that you are signed in, then contact us if it still does not start.
I forgot my password
Email enquiries@cassbp.com.au and we will reset it for you.
How do I add more storage or family members?
Mention it when you sign up. Extra storage is $3 per TB, per month on Plus and Family plans. Extra family members are $3 a month each.
